Design Draft Limited provided engineering support services for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt Refinery, a strategic project under the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) in collaboration with the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN). The project was aimed at restoring the refinery’s operational efficiency, enhancing capacity utilization, and strengthening Nigeria’s domestic refining capability.

Our scope of work involved delivering technical and engineering support across key aspects of the rehabilitation process. Design Draft Limited contributed to design verification, technical assessments, and field evaluations to ensure that all rehabilitation activities aligned with project specifications and international industry standards.

We played an active role in site inspections and condition assessments of existing infrastructure, identifying areas requiring repair, upgrade, or replacement. Our team supported the review of engineering drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability within the rehabilitation framework.

As part of our engineering responsibilities, we assisted in coordinating multidisciplinary activities, including mechanical, electrical, and civil works, ensuring seamless integration across all project components. Our involvement helped minimize operational disruptions and supported efficient execution during the rehabilitation process.

Quality assurance and compliance were key priorities throughout our engagement. We implemented strict monitoring and inspection procedures to ensure that all works met required standards, safety regulations, and performance expectations. Any identified issues were promptly addressed to maintain project integrity and timeline adherence.
